Hound & Gather is a dog festival touring Victoria, South Australia, Queensland and New South Wales through 2027 — bringing dogs and their humans to premium wineries, golf resorts and coastal venues around the country.

Australia has a serious shortage of venues and experiences built for dogs, largely a legacy of outdated regulation. So, we're building one ourselves.

 

THE FOUNDERS

Diane Chan Holds an M.B.A. (U.K.) and rose through publishing as an editor. Helped manage Canada's largest street hockey event, and now founds and runs online businesses and a private membership club in Australia, Bellarine Social Club.

Brett Connell Commercial consultant at G2 Tech, an engineering firm designing commercial hot water systems for hospitals, universities, aged care and wineries, where he also runs its trade e-commerce arm, Plumbonline.

Between us: multi-site commercial delivery, e-commerce, brand marketing — and a pet sitting and supplies business, Vanity Fur, already selling to this exact audience.
